Team SyntecX proudly participated in the Digitalization for Women Economic Empowerment (D4WEE) session, “Bridging the Digital Divide through Women Empowerment Principles,” held at Mövenpick Hotel, Islamabad. Organized under the D4WEE initiative with support from UN Women Pakistan and KOICA, the event brought together policymakers, development partners, technology leaders, and advocates to discuss strategies for advancing women’s participation in the digital economy.
Key discussions focused on findings from the Baseline Assessment Report, digital skills development, Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), and the role of technology and artificial intelligence in promoting gender equality. A panel discussion, “Pathways to Prosperity,” explored opportunities for integrating women into high-growth technology sectors through partnerships, mentorship, and workforce development initiatives.
Team SyntecX actively engaged with industry experts and stakeholders, contributing to conversations on digital inclusion, women’s leadership, and equitable access to technology. The event concluded with a networking session that fostered collaboration and knowledge-sharing among participants committed to empowering women through digital transformation.
