Success Story – Digital Franchise Post Offices (DFPO)
SyntecX in collaboration with Pakistan Post and PPF has introduced the Digital Franchise Post Office (DFPO) and over 1000 DFPO branches have been established over a period of 4 years. The DFPOs provide quality of services at par with the private courier services at much lower prices. DFPOs operate a single ubiquitous digital booking platform and make use of the barcode labels to identify, track and bill the customers for the respective postal service.
