PRISM is a Converged Communication and Campaign System at PTCL deployed since 2017. This platform distributes PTCL electronic bills to its more than 2 million customers through email and SMS generating average monthly volume of 30 million transactions.

It also handles the entire customer communication for PTCL; the largest fixed line and broadband operator in Pakistan which is also being used as campaign management platform for designing and executing SMS and email campaigns.
