The Director-General Pakistan Post’s visit to Pakistan Post Foundation

The Director-General Pakistan Post accompanied by Addl. DG (Operations) paid a visit to Pakistan Post Foundation today. A comprehensive briefing about PPF business divisions as well as operational snapshot was made by the Managing Director PPF, followed by a guided tour of the facility including its divisions; namely Logistics, Press, Housing, General Order Supplies, Wood workshop and Steel Fabrication.

The distinguished delegation also paid a detailed visit to the DFPO Headquarters and Control Room, where the DFPO Ops team gave a briefing on its state-of-the-art facility, fully digital operations, current progress of the program and key challenges faced in its expansion.

The DG appreciated the efforts of entire PPF team; especially the DFPO control room towards achieving the enormous feat of establishing more than 2250 branches, whereas he strongly emphasized on operationalizing these branches to bring in tangible revenue for Pakistan Post.

In this regard, he assured the PPF management of his department and the Ministry’s complete support and ownership of the program and advised all PMGs to extend their support and cooperation for DFPO establishment and operations.

The visit concluded with a vote of thanks and PPF management is honored to host it’s newly appointed chairman at its premises. We look forward to a prosperous future for PPF and PPOD under his august leadership.
