For digitalized monitoring of operations and quality of service of logistic services, Pakistan Post Foundation has set up technology equipped control room at its Head Office which was inaugurated by the Director General of Pakistan Post Office0 today i.e. 06 October, 2021.
The Digitalized Logistic Control Room(LCR) is established to monitor the vehicles deployed for mail transmission throughout the Pakistan. However, through digitalized LCR, MIS of the logistic service would also be generated and reported.
The Director General appreciated this initiative by highlighting that Foundation is the first service providing entity which has introduced this unique facility of digitalized monitoring of operation and personnel, while providing logistic services, and with this dedication and approach, it will excel in this business. He further added that with continuous efforts to replace vehicles fleet with new ones by installing Trackers/ with improved quality of services, PPF’s expanded/ strong transportation infrastructure can prove really helpful in exploring new business opportunities.
While leaving he thanked the MD, P.P.F to establish such an avenue and expressed his best wishes for brighter future of the Foundation.
